Here is lola Mila's recipe on simple leche flan

8tbsp sugar

4 eggs

1 can evap

pinch salt

1 tsp vanilla

Melt half of the sugar in a leche flan pan (aluminum/mold).  Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sugar in pan.  Steam at 170C for 35 min.  Flip pan over and enjoy

2. Cook an egg sunny side up in butter, and sprinkle with salt.
3. Place on top of toast.
